You'll Never Guess How Much Shia LaBeouf's Wedding Cost
Celebrities usually get married in grand ceremonies, the sum of which would make any jaw drop. Not Shia LaBeouf! The actor and his fiancée (and now wife), actress Mia Goth, opted for a relatively low-key wedding-Las Vegas style-on Monday, which reportedly totaled just $700.
TMZ broke the news of their nuptials by livestreaming a video of the two at the Viva Las Vegas chapel. Naturally, they embraced the thematic venue, springing for the Elvis Blue Hawaii package. Among other amenities, the $700 special gets you a hula dancer, a bouquet of six roses and a matching boutonniere, 10 "candid ceremony prints," limo service from any hotel on The Strip or Downtown (though it looks like the bride-to-be arrived in a pink Cadillac convertible instead), and of course, an Elvis impersonator officiant who will serenade you with three songs.
Asked why she and LaBeouf chose Vegas, the bride replied, "Because it's a perfect story for us."
Goth kept her hair and makeup natural and donned a simple white wedding dress with three-quarter-length sleeves and a white scarf in her hair. The groom wore a classic black suit and white tie and looked emotional as Goth recited her vows. Though the actors have been engaged since the spring, when Goth stepped out wearing a large diamond ring and LaBeouf referred to Goth as his fiancée during a live-streamed performance art project, the elopement came as a surprise.
