When Larry, an Idaho native, and Rachel saw the gorgeous mountains framing Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch, they knew they had found the perfect venue for both their destination wedding and rehearsal dinner.

For appetizers, the couple served duck taquitos and homemade chips with guacamole and salsa.

Dinner Time
When the bell rang for dinner, everyone lined up at the enormous smoker, where Chef Andrew had brisket, chicken, local fish, and veggie kabobs to choose from. Corn muffins, coleslaw, and their special BBQ sauce rounded out the menu.

The ranch's enormous picnic tables were set with linens and glassware, and the ranch staff wore their Western gear as they served Idaho wine.

Dessert
For dessert, guests moved into the ranch's main room, where friends shared toasts. Then it was time for the ranch's famous "cowboy cake," a gooey chocolate cake with a hint of espresso.
