For a warm weather wedding, or any other warm wedding celebration, start off the night right by keeping your guests cool-and delighting them with boozy ice pops. To ensure that the icies freeze, add just one shot (or 1 and 1/2 ounces) of alcohol to one cup of juice, which makes three treats. Note: bubbles don't freeze well, so save the champagne for sipping. For an extra kick, personalize the sticks with the wedding date, your initials, or a cheeky saying.

For each ice pop, combine half a shot of your choice of alcohol and half a cup of your favorite juice into a popsicle mold. If you're throwing a beach party, try limeade-and-tequila pops, mango-and-rum pops, or strawberry lemonade-and-vodka popsicles. The grapefruit juice-and-gin icees and mixed berry vodka with orange juice and campari pops are perfect for an outdoor garden party. For an end-of-summer soirée, welcome the fall feels with apple cider-and-bourbon pops and rhubarb and mixed-berry vodka popsicles. No matter the flavor, these treats are sure to be a hit, plus they'll look great on display-how could anyone resist those beautiful bright colors?!

To keep your popsicles chilled, store them in glassine bags in a large cooler with dry ice. Once cocktail hour is underway, have your caterer pass the treats on trays, right in their wrappers.
