You can still find cloth face coverings to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

The novel coronavirus pandemic has seriously impacted typical production for many fashion and home goods brands. Newfound social distancing and quarantining measures have made it difficult for brick and mortar stores to stay open, forcing companies to look at new methods to keep people employed. Instead of completely closing up shop, a number of companies—small businesses and large brands alike—have shifted their focus to producing face masks for both healthcare workers on the front lines and the public.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recently issued a directive asking all Americans to wear face masks or cloth face coverings while out in public. While medical-grade masks like N95s are not available to the general population (and any supplies of these masks should be donated to healthcare workers), cloth face coverings can still aid in stopping the spread of the virus. And during a time when supporting small businesses and giving back to healthcare workers feels more important than ever, we're showing you masks you can purchase that can do both. Ahead, find cloth face masks you can buy now that are washable, reusable, breathable, and easy to wear.

Check out Face Mask of the Month, where I purchased masks for my family. Beautiful masks hand made in NY. Sizes for adults and kids. There is a very cool monthly subscription option. Also, they are donating masks to a healthcare system in the Bronx for each purchase. The website is facemaskofthemonth . com
