In this cocktail, vodka and dry vermouth are sweetened with lychee juice, and shaken with ice until delightfully chilled. The finishing touch is a lychee fruit that elegantly garnishes each drink. It's a perfect cocktail to sip when you want something sweeter than the classic martini. Fresh lychee fruit is available at some supermarkets, but for this drink you will need the canned version with its delectable juice.
