This might sound really weird, but I added a tiiinnnyyy bit of whipped cream to the blueberry salsa. Also I made it the night before and kept it in the fridge. Super tasty meal!

I live a "Yeast Free" diet and this recipe was perfect for me. I made it tonight for me and my husband and it was just delicious! I did however change the chicken out for bone-in pork chops on the grill and also added organic brown rice as a side dish. I give this recipe 5 out of 5 stars!
