This chicken is pounded and left to marinate in a spicy, citrus sauce. Then it's ready for the grill.

Cook's Notes

To prepare the chicken, place the boneless breasts in a resealable plastic bag one at a time, and pound them using the smooth side of a meat tenderizer. Once all the breasts have been pounded, place them back in the bag to marinate the chicken.

    This is my favorite way to grill chicken breast. It stays moist and cooks fast. At my house we make grilled chicken sandwiches with grilled veggies. Yum Yum.
