With Cajun-inspired flavors of hot sauce and Old Bay seasoning, these lively combinations of tastes, colors, and textures is just as fun to make as it is to eat.

Cook's Notes

Soak wooden skewers in hot water for 15 minutes before grilling, or use metal ones. No grill? Broil on second highest rack using metal skewers. Cooking times are the same.

Old Bay is NOT a cajun inspired seasoning. Far from it.

This looks amazing, but FOUR teaspoons of Tabasco? Even with the butter that's a lot!

Great recipe to entertain with. Very fun. Made these several times & they were delicious & easy. I doubled the butter & hot sauce mixture. If you are worried about it being too spicy, Old Bay makes a rub that can be used in place of the Old Bay seasoning.
