  • Combine the cream cheese, half of the feta, half of the peppers, and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend them until smooth. Add the rest of the feta cheese and peppers and pulse until chunky. Chill.

I'm sorry to report that this dip was a dud at my party last night. I made it exactly as called for, and it's just not very good. I used fresh Peppadew peppers from Central Market in Houston, fresh Feta cheese and cream cheese – but it left me – and my guests – less than thrilled.

I've made this recipe many times for many parties and it's ALWAYS a hit! Serve with raw veggies and crackers.
