    A great way to get your family to eat chard and lentils! I made it vegan with vegetable stock and vegan parmasan, and I substituted 1/2 of white rice with brown rice. Delicious!

    Loved the added texture of the lentils, used spinach instead of chard and garnished with chopped parsley.
