Yes, the ones I had in Rio were very strong and sooo delicious. It’s basically fermented sugar and lime. A tasty version of adult limeade. Such a great combination!

Where did you get this recipe? I am Brazilian and I am 55 years old. Caipirinha is not made like that. There's no water and no syrup in the recipe. We use granulated sugar and no water.
