Homemade Crostini

Top the homemade crostini with our Fava Bean, Parmesan, and Almond Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, cut crosswise on the diagonal into about ⅓-inch-thick slices

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange bread on a rimmed baking sheet. Brush tops generously with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until edges are golden, about 10 minutes. Let cool on sheet on a wire rack.

Crostini can be stored in an airtight container up to 1 day.
