We especially like to use it for grilled steak such as bone-in rib eye, skirt, flank, and hanger. Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil and the marinade is ready to use—but give it four hours (or overnight) to work its magic. Ingredients ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup fresh lemon juice Directions Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Place steak in a nonreactive dish, and pour marinade over top. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
