  • Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, garlic cloves, and lemon juice.

  • Place steak in a nonreactive dish, and pour marinade over top. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Before grilling, remove from marinade, and pat off excess with a paper towel.

I used this marinate for center cut pork chops. I marinated my chops for 4hrs then put them on the grill. I found the marinate to be bland and I found that the pork was still a little tough. This marinate needs some other seasonings to perk it up. Will not use this again.
