I've made this several times. It's hard to get wrong, and goes well with curry. It reheats well too, so making a big batch hasn't been a problem for just two. This is not a dessert or sweet rice, you might look for a coconut sticky rice recipe if you're looking for something in the sweet variety.

I enjoyed this, especially with the scallions on top. But the coconut flavor is very light, so I'm not sure it's worth all the fat from the coconut milk.
