I love this slaw... so simple, so healthy! One of my favorite healthy side dishes!

This is easy to make and tastes great. The toasted mustard seeds and cumin are a nice complement to the apple. Sometimes, if I am out of fresh ginger, I use sushi ginger. I rinse it first to get rid of the pickle and then chop it finely. It's actually easier and faster to use instead of the fresh...
