Rum-Raisin Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raisins

  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons rum

Directions

  1. Bring raisins, syrup, and rum to a simmer in a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Let stand until raisins are plump, at least 15 minutes.
