It was a lot easier than I thought it would be and it too much less time to make. I didn't have the essence seasoning so it was a little bland. Other than that it went over well with my grandson who is the worlds pickiest eater. Be careful with the sauce, two tablespoons are more than enough, too much and the cheese slides off.
