    Nothing special. Used my forman grill. Maybe thats where I went wrong. Next time will try broiler.

    This is best burger! Since we've had this burger we can eat no other. One modification: I made on the stove in a large skillet that using high heat (skillet well-heated before the meat goes in near center) then I move the paties (only two at time) to outer edges and reduced the heat to medium-low.

    lol nope i dont see an amount for the salt and pepper, dont know how you can put too much when an amount isnt even listed XD
