Ingredients

  • 12 links blood sausage (about 2 pounds)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Coarse salt (to taste)

  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Place sausages on the heated grill. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
