    I used Point Reyes blue cheese because it's softer and blends quite nicely and easily with the cream cheese, but it is very robust, so was very flavorful even though I used the whole 8 oz brick of cream cheese. This one wasn't such a big hit with the guests, but they did comment on its decorative appearance.

    Absolutly perfect! I served this at our Halloween party this year and everyone loved it! I ended up using poppy seeds instead of black sesame seeds and I used an extra half brick of cream cheese. It looks really cool with the little bit of blue food coloring and helps hint towards the blue cheese taste you're going to get when you eat it.
