I used a 1/2 teaspoon of Almond extract to give it an Amoretto flavor

This recipe was amazing. It was perfectly fluffy and delicious. Although we had to double the chocolate this recipe is definitely a repeat.

horrid recipe. it looked like taupe chocolate frosting despite tripling the semisweet chocolate. It was easy, but very disappointing.

Could you please tell me if I make a cake with this frosting and sugarpaste on the top , how many days can I have it out of the refrigerator? If i put the cake in the refrigerator the sugar paste will melt. Correct?
