I have made this recipe for the past 2 years. This is a great vegetarian stuffing, I think it is delicious. It is a bit pricey to make, but I think it is important to cook and bring a meal for thanksgiving. For me it did take a good amount of time. I usually make it the night before and reheat it on thanksgiving. I usually get all my ingredients from Whole Foods and the persimmons from the Chinese grocery.
