    I added way more goodies... Strawberries. Dried cranberries & blueberries. Dried maca root powder. It tun up...! Definitely having this every other day πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ

      I liked add a touch of coconut cream and a cinnamon graham cracker. Was out of yogurt so added a couple of tablespoons of Cool Whip. Yummy!🍌

    Yum. I used plain Yoplait Oui, 1% milk and reduced the honey.

    Very tasty breakfast in a glass! I made it with 2% milk and plain Greek non-fat yogurt. You'd never know it was a healthy drink. Delicious, and two big health bonuses!

    My recipe: 1/4 cup Uncooked oatmeal 1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened) 1/4 cup Low-fat plain greek yogurt 1 Egg 1/2 Banana 2 Ice cubes 250 Calories, 7g Fat, 4g Fiber, 7g Sugar, 16g Protein Delicious and healthy! (Makes 1 serving)

    Made for the first time today and loved it! Like other reviewers I used FROZEN banana, and I also added a handful of almonds. So yummy!

      I use the myfitnesspal app and I entered all the ingredients in this and got 357 calories for this recipe. Keep in mind though that nothing in this recipe has any empty calories!

    I made this one this morning. It tasted great, but I would add frozen banana chunks because the drink was not cold enough for me.

      I made one this morning using the recipe with uncooked oats. I liked it but it was too much for me to finish.
