This homemade beef stock will keep in the freezer for up to 4 months. A butcher's shop can cut veal bones into small pieces for you.

    You can get the cheese cloth at ANY supermarket - usually in the aisle where they have cheapo pots and pans. You can get the twine at most drug stores or on-line at cooking supply store. Just make sure that it's undyed COTTON twine - otherwise you'll end up with interesting flavors and tatste a-la Bridget Jones Diary....... Good Luck.

    I just wish I knew where to find these cooking tools like cheesecloth and cooking twine. I'm new to this and could use suggestions!
