Zesty Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Zest and juice of 2 limes

  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated horseradish

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream and lime zest and juice. Whisk until soft peaks form. Fold in horseradish. Use immediately.
