This delicious glaze recipe is courtesy of Seth Greenberg and can be used in his Mini Sticky Buns recipe.

Ingredients

  • 13 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup packed Brown Sugar Mixture

  • ¼ teaspoon plus ⅛ teaspoon coarse salt

Directions

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix together butter, Brown Sugar Mixture, and salt until smooth and slightly increased in volume; do not overbeat. Transfer to a disposable pastry bag; snip end before using.
