    This is a delicious trifle recipe. My husband knows that once May rolls around, it's time to make this great refreshing summer dessert. It's one of our favorites, and my husband asks for it at least once a year! It's somewhat time-consuming, but you won't regret it!

    I was really quite disappointed by this recipe. First, it did not even come with a recipe for the pound cake, which I found to be very annoying. Also, the lemon-mousse really was not very good. I followed the directions EXACTLY, and I mean, it was ok, but really nothing special. It wasn't lemony enough and left an odd aftertaste. I don't think I would make it again.
