    Are you sure about adding 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract? In two other hot chocolate recipes from this site, the recipes are exactly the same except the other two recipes called for 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

    I used 2 cups rice milk and 2 cups coconut milk. It's totally dairy free except for the chocolate chips. And you can buy chocolate chips that are dairy free at health food stores. Mucho yummo!!!! Junecutie
