Tasty recipe. I wasn't sure I was going to like it without cumin, which is typically a part of curry spices. It turned out light but spicy. I served it with roasted asparagus and basmati rice.

This was delicious. I made it with the Sauteed Spinach and Sweet Potatoes recipe from November 2003. It was a perfect pairing, and made for a fantastic dinner in 30 minutes. I just finished eating the leftovers for lunch. Hooray for Everyday Food!

Really yummy and easy. I amended the recipe, for two, and since I already had some coconut milk open, I used that in lieu of the yogurt. I also added a portion of garlic powder (equivalent to the ginger, tumeric, salt, and coriander). Just a heads up: it IS a spicy mix, but good, if you like the heat.
