  • Muddle kiwifruits in a bowl or pulse in a food processor untilchopped and juice is extracted. Strain fruit through a fine sieve; discard solids. Transfer to a large pitcher. Stir in tonic, limeade, and vodka. Fill pitcher with ice cubes. Garnish with peeled kiwifruit slices.

Getting the juice from the kiwis took a while, but otherwise this was easy to make. I found it to be on the strong side and the taste was mostly kiwi, but I think part of that might have been that I made frozen limeade instead of Martha's limeade recipe. So if you make it, be sure to make limeade from real limes! I think that would have made it a lot better.
