Made this salad for a bridal shower and it was a huge hit! No one believed that it was only 3 ingredients. I took the advice of another reviewer and added the lime zest in addition to the juice which added some lovely visual texture. I served the colorful salad in a large clear glass bowl and it looked so sophisticated. I will definitely be adding this to my repertoire!

I made this recipe but added some finely minced jalapeno and lime zest to the lime juice. The jalapeno gave a little surprising kick at the end that was just wonderful. One guest said it was like a fiesta in her mouth.

This is the best (and easiest) summer salad. We have it every time we BBQ. We've shared it with lots of people and no one can believe they never thought of it before. It sounds like a strange combination, but when you try it you will have an A-HA! moment. It's so good- try it.
