Cook at 395F for 1hour. Brush every 25 min. Use 1/4 tsp of thyme. Recipe calls for way to much thyme and it overpowers the taste of everything else.
Definitely line with foil. Follow the advice of earthseame (comment below). Good
The next time I make this, I will cook it for 20 minutes without the glaze, then brush on the glaze and cook it for 20 minutes more for a total cooking time of 40 minutes. Don't put the glaze on at the beginning of the longer cooking time because it will burn really badly and don't skip the foil.
