My family liked this well enough the overall comment was that we could have done without the mango. I think next time I will just do the cucumber and radish and thin slice the radishes on a mandolin. Worth a try if you are looking for something light and new to try with dinner. Definitely use an English cucumber. It will make a world of difference in flavor!

Great combo of flavors. I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, but really liked it. I would definitely recommend using the English cucumber (there are much less seeds) instead of a regular one.
