    Substituted sugar with granulated Splenda, and - voila! - a diabetic friendly desert. This has become a favorite when fresh strawberries are in season. Will make it again and again. Thank you!

    I wasn't a fan of this recipe at all. It did not gel properly for me although I followed the directions to the t. However, it was my first attempt at a gelatin dessert, so maybe it's harder than I thought it would be.
