Looks great! Love the way the cream cheese is spread like a master. One question: Why the "reduced fat" cream cheese? Every bit of information I've come across suggests that fat is a very necessary nutrient and should not be artificially "reduced". Normal cream cheese is the healthier option.

I’m a simple man, craving simple celery, with simple peanut butter, and simple raisins—this is anything but. Please do better and write a real recipe for ants on a log, thank you.
