I have done it three times and everybody who is watching their weight LOVES IT. I have been asked for the recipe every time and today I am actually sending this link to them. I do increase the amount of spices, tahini & oil.

I have to agree wholeheartedly with the review by MarthaFish. This really tasted a lot like ground up carrots. It needs something more to "kick it up" and GeorgiaRenee has some excellent suggestions. This recipe on its' own is far too bland and healthy does not need to equal bland!

Made some adjustments and this was great - first I roasted the carrots in a little evoo until caramelized and soft. Then I pureed with the remaining ingredients, though I added more cumin, cinnamon and grated ginger. I also added more tahini and a little more evoo to make it more creamy.
