Brought to us by Martha's mother, Martha Kostyra, this flavorful recipe makes an ideal holiday side dish or entree. Choose firm, plump peppers with a glossy surface, and avoid blemishes or soft spots. For a bit more bite, substitute green peppers for the yellow. Martha made this recipe on Cooking School episode 306.

She said she took them camping.... How? Do you heat them over coals later? How long would they last in a cooler before reheating?

This is another of Martha's recipes that I have made numerous times. You can't imagine how good these stuffed peppers are. When you walk in a house while they are cooking, you just want to swoon from the aroma. Highly recommended!
