Chicken Chili Nachos

Layering the ingredients is the key to great nachos. For this rendition, spoon the chicken chili over the tortilla chips and top with peppers and a combination of cheeses.


  • Monterey Jack cheese

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Tortilla chips

  • Hearty Chicken Chili

  • Sliced pickled jalapenos

  • Sour cream

  • Salsa


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate the cheeses and set aside. Lay the tortilla chips on a plate and top with spoonfuls of chili, jalapenos, and the grated cheeses. Repeat, adding another layer.

  2. Bake for 3 minutes to melt the cheese, then broil for 30 seconds. Top with sour cream and salsa.
