    After reading the previous review I used only 4 tbs Cider Vinegar and still needed an extra tbs honey. I added the raisins after the mixture came to a boil and I also needed to cook it about 10 min. longer for pears to soften. Tasted great in the end.

    I was disappointed in this. It was too runny and too strong vinegar flavor.
