    These were different and quite tasty. Got good reviews by my family. For some reason, though, they did not bind together, and I ended up with a skillet full of mush. After browning them on the stove, I had to re-form them into patties and bake them in the oven for a few minutes. Not sure what I did wrong?!?!

    I make these all the time for Sunday dinner and they're always a hit. I use quinoa because I can never find bulgar.
