  • Peel papayas; scoop out the seeds and discard. Wash the strawberries and remove the hulls.

  • Slice strawberries in half, or in quarters if very large. Cut one of the papayas into 1-inch chunks and the other into long strips 1/2 inch wide.

  • Squeeze lime halves over fruit, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve.
