    Very simple, very tasty. A good weeknight meal. I served it with roasted Brussels sprouts, but I bet the fish would make awesome sandwiches with cabbage and aioli as well.

    I love this recipe. It is a "never-fail" quick and easy meal. I serve it with Zatarains low-sodium black beans and rice. So yummy! Perfect recipe for when you don't have a lot of time to make dinner.

    It was yummy! Turned out perfectly. I added a dash of garlic powder to the cornmeal mixture. Served with bowtie pasta. Added feta cheese, chopped kalamata olives and basil pesto to the pasta and put a dash of pesto on top the tilapia also. Delicious! I will be making this again!

    Very good and easy. I made this w/ canned black bean soup over white rice. Tasty!
