Ingredients 3/4 to 1 ounce Dale DeGroff's Simple Syrup ½ lime, halved lengthwise and crosswise 2 ounces Cachaca Large ice cubes Directions In a large, sturdy glass, using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, muddle together the simple syrup and lime, to extract the oils from the skin of the lime.
