Bringing together tart and sweet, floral and fruity, this refreshing concoction owes its origin to the elderflower liqueur. Perfect for a summer get-together, it's guaranteed to delight.

You can even do a refreshing non-alcoholic version of this by subbing a couple teaspoons of elderflower syrup in place of St-Germain, and using a few ounces of Fevertree's Bitter Lemon in place of the vodka and prosecco.
