  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among chilled glasses, garnish with pineapple wedges and leaves, and serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

To make ahead, blend the pineapple with rum and cream of coconut and store in the refrigerator up to 1 day. Add ice and blend again just before serving.

This was very yummy. Excellent refreshing drink. I put in regular ice cubes when I blended and it came out wonderful. Excellent.
