I meant finely chop the onion. I was so excited I left this out of my prior comment!

This is a great recipe! Even my very picky 18 month old loved it. The only thing I would recommend; use a food chopper, or finely chop with a knife. I tried to grate it and it got very juicy and hard to handle. And no matter how far I stretched away from it, the fumes got to me worse than ever before. However it did not effect the recipe. AWESOME! By far the BEST!

I love this recipe. It's very moist, but not mushy! And, it's fairly easy to make. You can add the bacon or not; it's good both ways.

My husband must restrict his salt intake, resulting in some tasteless foods. This meatloaf is perfect; no added salt and lots of great taste. Thanks so much. Nelladrace

I loved the segment Martha did with Rob Morrison. It was very informative and entertaining. I will be making his recipe, along with Big Martha's recipe for meatloaf. With the cost of groceries today, we eat meatloaf often. Rob's stories about his life and his family were all very charming. He was a great guest and I hope you have him back on your show again, soon. I will also be going to his website and radio show. Lana Sue Sawyer Oxnard, CA
