I have made these so many times for dinner parties and they are always a hit. Much lighter than deviled eggs and they make a very pretty platter. I double the mayo topping and use a teaspoon on each half of egg to resemble a deviled egg. I slice the radishes very thin and stand up one slice on the topping, then spread several slices around the eggs along with the herb garnish. They are great for leftovers the next day. Such a perfect low carb appetizer for those who are watching carbs and proteins. I have shared this recipe with many friends and dinner guests.
Fantastic dish-- added a tad of cut up turkey bacon to the top, everyone loved them. I'm no cook, so I was instantly drawn to these. I highly recommend them to any and all!
