    I like to make this for sandwiches. To adapt it, I use about 1/3 of the rib celery (eye it). I also like to use 8 eggs instead of 6.

    I love this recipe! Quick and easy. I usually leave out the celery and use lime juice instead of lemon. The lime gives it a nice twist.

    I LOVED this receipe!!! I left an avacado seed in there so the avacados wouldn't go bad and I' m not sure if it was that or the lemon juice that helped, but it stayed great in a covered container for 3 days. Yum! Yum! Yum! The butter lettece was the perfect end too.

    This salad is a great alternative to the usual tuna salad. It is very light, fresh, and tasty. No guilty feeling at all after eating this meal. Martha is right -- it really is a good thing.

    What a fabulous salad! Just tried it for the first time on a bed of chopped romaine with whole grain crackers on the side. Not only does it taste good, I know it's good for me, too! I love the combination of textures and flavors with a bit of a kick from the cayenne pepper. Excellent recipe!

    The possibilities of how and when to eat this are endless! Yumm! I sprinkled a bit of feta cheese (or bleu cheese might be nice too) before serving and it was so delicious. Thanks for my new favorite recipe:)

    This was so fresh and healthy and very delicious. The combination of cayenne pepper, a little sweetness from the apple and the freshness of the parsley all explode in your mouth. My 11year old loved it. She ate it with whole grain bread as a sandwich. Excellent recipe!
