THIS IS MY RECIPE WHICH SOMEONE (!) (I wonder who!) STOLE. I HAVE BEEN MAKING THIS FOR 20+ YEARS before websites existed. However, its better with a scallion instead of the red onion as it overpowers the delicate flavors.

I've always loved Matha's site. I don't understand the website makeover. It's not as user friendly.
